Food Trucks to Keep an Eye on

After the devastating fire at Khalil’s Kitchen, located at 880 Main St. in Brockton, owner Rudy Alves isn’t giving up on his culinary dreams and is looking into opening a food truck.

“It’s a true testament to determination and resilience. Even when everything seemed to be falling apart, our dedication and commitment didn’t allow us to sit there and take it easy,” Alves said.

Loyal customers can expect to taste their famous homemade fries, fried chicken, steak and shrimp, all drizzled with delicious sauces. So far, Alves has the truck and is renovating and perfecting it for his customers. He said he is excited to launch and can’t wait to show the region what he has in store for the future.

The catering company is currently awaiting approval from the health council to officially launch the food truck, but in the meantime, customers can visit the Instagram page and make reservations for future catering events.
