Adirondack Independence Music Festival Returns for Labor Day Weekend

MORE GEORGE — The Adirondack Independence Music Festival returns to Charles R. Wood Park for three nights over Labor Day weekend, beginning Friday, August 30.

Headliners tired. will play four sets over two evenings. Other artists include Melvin Seals & JGB, Yonder Mountain String Band, Mihali, Badfish: A Tribute to Sublime, Pink Talking Fish, Spafford, lespecial, Daniel Donato’s Cosmic Country, Moon Hooch, RAQ, Cool Cool Cool, Lucid, Wild Adriatic, Hayley Jane Band, Bella’s Bartok, Yam Yam, Kendal Street Company, Strange Machines, The Frank White Experience: A Live Tribute to The Notorious BIG, Crooked Coast and One Time Weekend.

On Saturday evening, the festival also features food and craft stalls and the Lake George fireworks display.

General admission tickets for the weekend can be purchased at www.adkmusicfest.com. A VIP option is available, which includes access to all three days, a meal each night, complimentary snacks, discounted drinks, a private viewing area, and access to the VIP tent with tables, chairs, a private bar, and VIP bathrooms.

The music starts at 13:00 on Friday and at 12:00 on Saturday and Sunday. The concert continues on two stages until 23:00.

The event is open to all ages. Children up to and including 12 years old have free admission.
