Police launch manhunt after three men flee South West London

Police are urgently searching for a man who walked away from a hospital in south-west London.

Officers have warned the public not to come near Adil Maxamed, 20, who walked away from a hospital in Springfield around 10:10 p.m. on Friday.

Three men fled from the hospital in Glenburnie Road, Tooting, after smashing a glass door, according to the Metropolitan Police.

On Saturday afternoon, police found 31-year-old Ramon Martin, who injured his arm while breaking open the door.

Police also arrested an unnamed man at a home in south London at around 12.45am on Saturday and took him to hospital.

Mr Maxamed and Mr Martin were patients in the hospital under the Mental Health Care Act.

The two men arrived at Tooting Bec station at 10.35pm on Friday evening and boarded a Northern Line train.

Their further movements are still being investigated.

Mr. Maxamed has ties to Kingston.
