You don’t measure up to the beauty standard at all – MC Yaa Yeboah attacks Efia Odo for attacking Sita Afia

Entertainment critic MC Yaa Yeboah has criticized socialite Efia Odo for considering herself as the standard of beauty.

According to Yaa Yeboah, it was disrespectful of Efia Odo to call musician Sista Afia ugly in their recent social media spat as she does not meet the beauty standard.

“Some of the comments are so far reaching that they are very disrespectful. Like I said before, Efia Odo may think she is beautiful but she does not meet the standard of beauty. In your mind, you may think you are beautiful and believe that this gives you the right to call someone ugly who you do not find completely ugly, but that is not right…

“What I am saying is that Efia Odo is not the standard of beauty. We are not saying that women who look at Efia Odo are the only beautiful women because no matter how beautiful she thinks she is, there is always someone who does not find her beautiful. So all this bullying of calling someone ugly and all that has to stop because you are not the standard of beauty at all,” she said during a discussion on UTV’s United Showbiz on Saturday, July 20, 2024.

The latest conflict between the two female players in the entertainment industry started when a Twitter user shared a bikini photo of Sista Afia, prompting a popular influencer to jokingly suggest that it was Efia Odo.

Offended by the comparison, Efia Odo demanded that she not be disrespected, to which Sista Afia retaliated by calling her an “industry machine”.

This term criticizes Efia Odo’s alleged ties with several male artists.

This resulted in an exchange of messages back and forth between the two, which led to Sista Afia releasing a diss track titled “Industry Machine”, aimed at Efia Odo.
