Pakistani security forces kill terrorist in North Waziristan in IBO

RAWALPINDI: One terrorist has been killed during an intelligence operation carried out by Pakistani security forces in North Waziristan district of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa province, the army’s media wing reported on Friday.

Inter-Services Public Relations (ISPR) said in a statement that Khawarji terrorist Razzaq was sent to hell during the operation after a fierce gun battle.

β€œHe was a close associate of Khawarji Gul Bahadur and was actively involved in numerous terrorist activities in the area, including the targeted killing of Malik Sher Muhammad, grandson of Faqir of Ippi on 6 January 2023, as well as facilitating a suicide attack in North Waziristan on 16 March 2024, which resulted in the shahadat of seven brave soldiers,” the ISPR said.

It was said that a clean-up operation is being carried out to eliminate any other terrorists in the area. Pakistan’s security forces are determined to eliminate the terror threat in the country.
