Meet Bono’s beautiful daughter starring in new show starring Nicole Kidman and Eve Hewson

Eva Hewson is ready to make her mark on the entertainment industry and differentiate her career from that of her famous father.

As the daughter of U2 legend Bono, born Paul David Hewson, the actress grew up surrounded by stars.

Now her star-studded entourage is more amplified than ever, thanks to her new role in the highly anticipated drama series The perfect couplebased on the novel by Elin Hilderbrand, which will be released on Netflix on September 5 and will feature big stars such as Nicole Kidman, Liev Schreiber, Dakota Fanning and Meghan Fahy Photosamong other things.

Moreover, with acting credits dating back to 2008 and many more high-profile projects yet to come, she will undoubtedly become a household name soon.

Her famous parents

Bono married Eve’s mother, an activist and businesswoman Ali Stewart, in 1982, almost ten years after he first met her. He was 13 at the time and they were at the same school in Dublin.

Eve, whose full name is Memphis Eve Sunny Day Iris Hewson, is the couple’s second child, born in 1991. Her siblings are sister Jordan, 35, and brothers Elijah, 25, and John, 23.

What you saw her in

Eve’s first major role was in the 2011 film This must be the placeand she gained further recognition for her role as nurse Lucy Elkins in the 2014 film Steven Soderbergh series The Knickwhich ran for two seasons until 2015.

She is also known for her role in the 2021 film Behind her eyesas well as the popular Irish black comedy Bad sisters, whose second season will be released on November 13th. And apart from The perfect coupleShe already has another project with an A-list ensemble cast lined up: a role in Noah Baumbachs new film, the name of which has not yet been announced, but which will feature more big stars, such as George Clooney, Adam Sandler, Laura Dern And Billy Crudup.

Where Eva grew up

Eve and her three siblings grew up in the affluent Dublin suburb of Killiney. She later moved to New York City to attend New York University, where many other famous children have studied.

She eventually moved to Williamsburg, Brooklyn, but spent much of the pandemic in Dublin. She is reportedly living in Killiney again as of 2023.

She dated the One Tree Hill alumnus from when she was around 19 to 24 years old

Eve’s dating life

Although she has been in the spotlight since she was young, Eve keeps her personal life largely private. From 2010 to 2015, she was in a relationship with One Tree Hill star James Laffertywho is now married The Royal actress Alexandra Parkin 2022.

She was also briefly associated with The Handmaid’s Tale actor Max Minghellawho was in an on-again, off-again relationship with Elle Fanning for four years, but her relationship status as of 2024 is unclear.
