NFL Week 1 inactive: Uchenna Nwosu, Sautoa Laumea out as Seahawks face Broncos

The first Seattle Seahawks gameday inactives have been announced. As expected, Uchenna Nwosu and Pharaoh Brown are among seven players sitting out today’s game against the Denver Broncos, leaving five spots for presumably healthy players. One of those inactives, interestingly enough, is cornerback Artie Burns. He was promoted from the practice squad on Saturday but will not play on Sunday.

Three Seahawks rookie offensive linemen are inactive: Sautoa Laumea, Jalen Sundell and Michael Jerrell. Defensive lineman Myles Adams is also a healthy scratch.

Meanwhile, the Denver Broncos had the least injuries this week, so everyone on this list has been crossed off healthy.
